Today's topic is "Setting Boundaries for Yourself".

We tend to let a lot of things slide and have our boundaries overlooked. We need to set boundaries for ourselves and imply them in our lives. So write down your boundaries for yourself. For example, when people come over I say no shoes on in my apartment. I also say that I will not allow my depression to take over me.
