Today's topic for Tip Tuesday is "How to Become Happy". I noticed that something is in the air nationwide and we are letting our emotions take over when we have to realize that whatever we are going through does not define us. So here are some tips to rechannel your focus on your happiness.
1. Put yourself first
2. Take yourself out
3. Go out and enjoy yourself with friends
4. Find a new hobby or thing that you like doing
5. Find yourself again and do something that you wouldn't normally do.
