Today's topic is "Hydration".

Since yesterday I dropped my favorite workout plan. It was only right to tell you how to hydrate yourself because we do not want you in the hospital due to dehydration. So to calculate how much water you need in your body you take your weight and times that by two thirds or six-seven percent. Then if you are working out you then add another eighteen ounces to the original amount.


Your water intake does a lot for your body. It helps you mentally, physically, and emotionally. Without the necessary amount of water, you will start to feel sluggish, unmotivated and much more. To maintain a healthy lifestyle you need to try to drink at least 80-100 ounces a day. If you do not like the taste of plain water you can add different types of fruit that you like and make it infusion.
