Today's topic is "Wrap-Up".
As we end this week about fitness, I wanted to let you know that it is okay to wrap up your workout. You do not have to be in the gym/outside for 2-3 hours working out. A good work out is done within 45 mins to an hour. If you are just now starting back getting into working out use 15 minutes for a stretch/warm-up and then the next 30 minutes or so will be your workout and then you can do a cool down rep for another 15 minutes and you will be done with your workout.
