5 Tips to Pull Yourself Back Up


Are you down and don't know how to get out of it? Well here's 5 Tips on how I bring myself up when I feel like I am in a slump.

Tip 1: Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful. Doing this will help boost your self-esteem and allow you to believe in yourself more than ever.

Tip 2: Blast Gospel music while getting ready in the morning and thank God for a new day and being able to make today better than yesterday. Doing this will help you build your faith and help you understand that even though you have some rough days better days are coming.

Tip 3: Do things that make you happy! Doing this will uplift your spirits and allow you to have a great start in the morning.

Tip 4: Go out and be social! Doing this you are able to get fresh air and enjoy life with your friends/associates. You need to let go of steam every now and then.

Tip 5: Smile!! Doing this will not only help you but it will brighten someone else's day as well.

Now with that being said. You have to fake it until you make it. Nothing happens overnight. You will start to believe this over time and you won't even notice that you are changing!
