Workout Schedule

Day ONE

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage / 1 mile

20 crunches

20 jump squats

20 Russian twist (use weight if can)

20 toe touches

Curb side 30 seconds

Repeat 3 times

Day TWO

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage / 1 mile

10 dips

10 leg lifts on each leg

10 Wall push ups

10 curls (use weight if can)

10 shoulder press (use weight if can)

10 bent row (use weight if can)

20 grinders

20 bicycles

Jump rope 1 min

Repeat 3 times

Day THREE

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage/ 1 mile

20 crunches

10 Wall push ups

10 dips

Curb side 30 seconds

10 shoulder press (use weight if can)

20 Russian twist (use weight if can)

20 toe touches

Repeat 3 times

Day FOUR

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage// 1 mile

10 leg lifts on each leg

10 Wall push ups

10 curls (use weight if can)

10 bent row (use weight if can)

20 jump squats

20 grinders

20 bicycles

Repeat 3 times

Day FIVE

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage/ 1mile

20 crunches

20 jump squats

20 Russian twist (use weight if can)

20 toe touches

Curb side 30 seconds

Repeat 3 times

Day SIX

Walk/jog to parking garage

Run the first floor garage/ 1 mile

10 dips

10 leg lifts on each leg

10 Wall push ups

10 curls (use weight if can)

10 shoulder press (use weight if can)

10 bent row (use weight if can)

20 grinders

20 bicycles

Repeat 3 times

Day 7

Run the first floor of garage 4 times/ 1 mile
