As you all know, life as a college student is very hectic when it comes to eating right and working out. Well, I follow a blogger named Dom, who deiced to do a 100 Day Challenge and she allowed 21 of us to join her on this journey to getting fione! I use to workout heavily in high school and my freshmen year in college but that all stopped because life hit hard and my time became very short. Now I am back and better with the workouts. I am excited about this journey with this group of ladies. We are on the right track and ready to lose and gain this muscle.
With that being said I would love to lose at least 15 to 20 lbs. I have gained so much weight that I am almost 200 lbs now. People always tell me that I don't look big because the fat fell in the right places but I can feel it. I started snoring, I get tired a lot more, and I can feel it when I am walking around. With this, I should be able to get my grind back and be able to workout without the trouble of being discouraged and have lack of motivation when doing it.
If you are trying to get fit and get that body that you have been dreaming of today is the day NOT tomorrow or the next day but TODAY! You have to be the motivation within yourself to do it and have a group of friends/people who have the same exact motivation as you and HOP TO IT! It took me months to actually get up off my booty to actually find it within myself to get back to working out. This is day THREE and we only have 97 days left!!
